Q: When will my bins be rolled out and returned?

We roll bins out the evening before or early morning of your scheduled pickup and return them within 24 hours after collection. You don’t have to lift a finger.

Q: What areas do you serve?

Q: What if I have more than 4 bins or special needs?

We offer custom solutions for larger properties, longer driveways, or additional bins. Just contact us for a custom quote.

Q: Can I sign up for both trash and recycling service?

Yes! Our service covers up to 4 bins total—whether they’re for trash, recycling, or a mix of both.

Q: How much does it cost?

Plans start at $46/month. You can view all our pricing options here . Prepay for 3 months and get 10% off of each payment. Sign up for our email list below, and get a 10% off coupon to use when you sign up.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime. If you’re paying monthly, your service will stop at the end of the current month. If you’re paying quarterly, your service will stop at the end of the current quarter. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the month or quarter. We understand that life happens, so if you have a special situation, please reach out to us.

Q: Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! As long as your bins are accessible (not behind a locked gate, etc.), we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: What happens if there’s bad weather?

We operate rain or shine. In rare cases of severe weather or city-wide service delays, we’ll notify you and adjust service as needed.
